Who is Jessica Banville?

Jessica Banville is a life-long entrepreneur who negotiated her first commissioned position at age twelve when she regularly out-worked all the other vegetable pickers. At the age of 23, Jessica started her first brokerage firm in the printing industry. She and a business partner grew that business to a value of $1.3MM. She met Rick in 2012 and joined forces after seeing the opportunity he presented in the health insurance industry and his top national producing team with USABG. Together, Rick and Jessica created a second, top-producing team of health insurance agents, bringing a new concept to the very successful USABG model. This new concept affords those who otherwise would not have an opportunity to engage in entrepreneurship the opportunity to grow to that position by starting as an employee. Jessica is well-known in the industry as a go-to for complicated cases, creative solutions, and training agents to serve clients with honesty, integrity, and valuable solutions. She enjoys speaking engagements in the financial services industry where she educates peers and clients on using health insurance products to increase financial portfolios. Her strong network and collaborative leadership style have led to the development of a very successful referral program that serves industry peers and their clients. Jessica is a self-proclaimed “people person” who has never met a stranger.
